Caveolin­3 in Human Skeletal Muscle. Caveolin­3 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin­embedded sections of human skeletal muscle using Mouse Human Caveolin­3 Monoclonal Antibody at 15ug/ml overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat­induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent­ Basic. Tissue was stained using the Mouse HRP­DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to sarcolemma of muscle cells.
